I was very satisified with the service providied by Pro Choice Appliances and I will continue to choose their services when required. The technician was very professional and comfortable to work with. The repair process took about 4 days since a part had to be ordered but I couldn't be happier.

Had someone from Pro Choice come out to repair washer - I had a drainage problem. The appointment was scheduled quickly, assessed, part ordered, and repaired within a week. Friendly and professional service.

Tech took the machine apart and actually determined there was nothing wrong with it. I probably flooded it (reason for the call), by blocking the drain somehow. All hoses and parts were fine and told me how to prevent blocking in the future

Deep freeze was not working and unable ice formation. We called Technician. Technician opened and within 5 minutes said the compressor has gone. It would be too expensive to repair and we discarded fridge

My dishwasher broke down and I have four kids, so desperately needed it. It was no longer under warranty and the retailer I bought it from was limited in when they could send someone to fix it. So I called Pro Choice and they immediately sent someone, working around my schedule. The repair man was very prompt, called ahead to ensure I knew when he would arrive and completed his work easily. Have not had any issues since the repair was completed.

Our AC had stopped working for several days during the heat wave in June 2017. I contacted the company early in the morning and they advised they would be able to send someone out the same day to look at the AC unit and determine its problem. They provided a time range for mid afternoon and although they didn't arrive until after 7pm, I was given several follow up calls to advise that the technician was running late. The Technician arrived, was very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly. The repair was completed within 45 min of their arrival on the spot and have had no issues since. They even offered a 3 month warranty that if the problem was to arrise again, they would apply the cost of the repair to a replacement AC unit. In general I am quite pleased with the service I was provided.

My dishwasher door contact issue was professionally diagnosed by the technician , parts been supplied with a reasonable price , worked done in clean and professional way , highly recommending this company .
