Our AC had stopped working for several days during the heat wave in June 2017. I contacted the company early in the morning and they advised they would be able to send someone out the same day to look at the AC unit and determine its problem. They provided a time range for mid afternoon and although they didn't arrive until after 7pm, I was given several follow up calls to advise that the technician was running late. The Technician arrived, was very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly. The repair was completed within 45 min of their arrival on the spot and have had no issues since. They even offered a 3 month warranty that if the problem was to arrise again, they would apply the cost of the repair to a replacement AC unit. In general I am quite pleased with the service I was provided.
