I needed a professional whom could find where the waterline from my fridge was going to, and change the line since the house is nearing 20yrs old and the line has leaked twice already. Rob approached me and when I explained to him what needs to be done, right from the beginning he knew how it needs to be taken care of and what needs to be done since we didn't know where the line led too. He gave me a ballpark estimate and I agreed. Less than 24hrs later, he setup an app. for me and exactly on time his crew arrived. Since the water line was going into the main floor and ending up somewhere in the basement, I didn't want any holes made in the walls and the ceilings. His crew assured me they will take the cleanest and safest route. As being a professional, they knew exactly where the line would lead to, and found the shutoff valve as they guessed. There was no holes in the walls or the ceiling of my basement, they found the exact location of the shutoff valve a small square was cut off in the ceiling to shutoff the valve and replace the plastic line with copper. Rob's crew is the best in the business and I would highly recommend him to do any plumbing work, no matter the kind of the house. Extremely professional, thorough and detail oriented. There was no guessing of anything, exact source was found and job done.
