Stefano was very friendly and responsive upon initial inquiry. He provided transparent quote at fair market value and provides excellent service well worth your money. He arrives in a timely manner and begins work on-site immediately. As a home inspector, it is essential that one is detail-oriented and he shares his years of knowledge with you and how to best care for your home. He also provides resources and compiles all of the findings into a PDF for your reference. This is especially important during PDI and warranty processes. If any of my friends or neighbours are looking for an inspector, he would be my go-to.

Really great experience working with Stefano on our new home purchase inspection. Stefano was patient, equipped with modern tools and thorough. His report included a comprehensive internal and external inspection, aerial shots of the roof condition, thermal checks for wet spots / leakage. The report is highly detailed, with priority assessment, definitions for difficult items and resources attached for approx fix and maintenance costs.

Its safe to say Stefano has a great system. He walked us through most items he found, his experience with them and we felt really understood and clear on what needed to be done. Highly recommend

Stefano is the most professional home inspector that I have ever seen. He is absolutely committed and seems to love his profession so much that he strives to excel in it. His home inspections are very detail oriented and meticulous. He has the latest technological devices ar his disposal like the drone cameras, infra red camera, Air Quality monitors, humidity meters etc to give you a very detailed report of your home. But what i like most about him is his astute observation skills and his attention to even the most minute of problems. He clearly explains to us the technical details of each problem that he finds and he also proposes the best solution for the problem which will help us to resolve it within our budget. His vast experience in this field and in-depth expertise is clearly visible in the detailed report that he provides at the end of the inspection.
