Think Protection

Havin* built a new home, we were searching for a quality security system which not break the bank. Looked a local service at 5x the cost but did see the value. Al the parts were delivered in two packages ( some parts were not available but were delivered within one week).
Installation was very easy, with help but Think inside staff.
Since the service has worked well with only minor issues - love the remote online access and being able see security status from anywhere in the world.

Buyer beware! Great price but when the time comes for actual service they are a disaster. Their owner preaches the customer is always the most important but not the case.

False alarms can occur and most reputable companies have insurance for "1 time mistakes" or can make arrangements to account credits to accommodate valid errors.

Long story short, false alarm occured, as we were out of country they couldn't reach me as there phone plan does not accept out of country calls. Police disbatched, no issues and we were sent a $200 bill. Best offer was $30 credit. Thanks but no thanks.

Purchase and installation of home alarm system. The people at Think Protection, went beyond what was required of them to help us with the purchase and installation of our home alarm system. They are wonderful to deal with. I have the upmost confidence in the service that they will continue to provide to us.

Think Protection is so prompt when the alarm goes off, and very thorough in their inquiry. The service is very good on the app! The phone app is very user friendly. Installing the equipment was an easy process, and the service was great and informative.

So I was in a bind looking for an alarm system that was some DIY because I did not want to play 50$+ per month, that I could automate with the rest of my smart home and of course that had monitoring.
ThinkProtection was the definite answer for me: with home automation we are at 20$ a month+Tx, their equipment seems reliable and decently priced (they run promotions for current customers) .

Definitely recommend Think Protection, great products and great service. We accidentally triggered the alarm once and their staffs contacted us within a minute to make sure everything was ok. I like the fact we can add on additional sensors as we go. This way, we can work on our budget and adding additional sensors if needed.

I’ve been with Think Protection for a few years and recently I installed their system at my parents’ house as well. The customer service is excellent, and the price is more than reasonable. I recently got the camera, which is a nice addition to the existing equipment; works great, the image quality is very high and it even has voice communication capabilities.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again.
