I’ve been with Think Protection for a few years and recently I installed their system at my parents’ house as well. The customer service is excellent, and the price is more than reasonable. I recently got the camera, which is a nice addition to the existing equipment; works great, the image quality is very high and it even has voice communication capabilities.
