It is unfortunate that you feel your experience with Rosemount Studios was not satisfactory. Rosemount Studio’s mission is to deliver the finest custom cabinetry. We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments.
In November, you signed a contract with Rosemount Studios shortly after the Fall Home Show, taking advantage of a show discount as well as free countertops. You had a choice of any Ceazar stone color except for 4 colors which are at a great premium. Not 2 Colors but over 30 Colors. Our contract states that in the event you cannot accept delivery as agreed, Rosemount Studios would do their best to meet your new install date, but no guarantee. On January 11th, you notified Rosemount Studios you would not be able to accept delivery of the cabinets due to a delay. Your contractor was on an extended vacation and would not be able to start the project until 2nd week of February. You were informed that we will accommodate you in the month of March, however we have to fit you in around an already very busy schedule. On March 22nd, your cabinets were delivered just 4 days after your flooring was completed. It took 3 weeks to install your cabinetry and 10 to 14 days for your counter tops which is exactly the same for every client we have. Our cabinets do not come out of a box from across an Ocean, Custom work takes time and the quality speaks for itself.
During the installation process of your cabinets Rosemount Studios encountered problems with the placement of the plumbing. Your contractor installed the plumbing for the Island in the wrong spot, in return we had to make you a new wine rack and a side column free of charge. We shift your island to accommodate and save you from incurring extra cost. Your electrician’s wiring for the in-cabinet lighting was incorrect. Once again we corrected it and did not charge you a single cent extra. Rosemount Studios went above and beyond to meet your ever-changing timeline and delays.
I do not respond to anyone calling on a Sunday, screaming and threatening because we could not deliver the cabinetry the day after your floors were finished, especially when the delay was not from our end. We will not allow our company to take short cuts to accommodate this greedy demands. We do not sacrifice the quality of our installation for any reason.
It is clear that you are trying every which way not to pay what you owe on the balance of your bill. Rosemount Studios delivered and installed a very high quality cabinetry at an extraordinary price and you will have to pay for it completely. We do not appreciate being bullied with threats of bad reviews. All our employees work very hard and are the best at what they do. We don’t feel you provided the entire context in your review.
