Alex and the team were extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional! I had a leaky downspout that caused water to flow towards the foundation of my house, making a mess of my lawn and leading to dampness in my basement. Since I am really tight on budget and waterproofing the foundation itself isn't possible, Alex provided me with an optimal solution. Along with his courteous crew, he not only replaced my old downspout, but also extended it to the point where it longer messes up my grass on the lawn! I am more than greateful to Rainbow Solutions Inc. for their time, expertise and explanation of how waterproofing works (if I will ever need it in the future).
