I do not like the spots left at the bottom of the higher widows from the water trickling down on the windows and left to dry.

I'm sorry to hear there were some spots left after drying. Unfortunately, sometimes that happens. We always leave the job by saying, if you notice anything that doesn't dry right, please notify us so we can come back and fix that for you.
After reaching out to you after this review it seems you remembered you were told that but you declined having a technician come to fix the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we can do better next year.
