Suncoast installed a screen room on my upper deck 2 years ago. They also recommended a reliable contractor who updated and refurbished the deck and stairs. I have had one area with a leak and one panel that was not well installed. The Company has been easy to reach and have dealt with the issue promptly. This room is a serene get away in an urban setting and I am very pleased with the results and the warranty service.
