CB pool built us a beautiful pool and dream backyard. However they ordered the wrong size filter which resulted in our pool not functioning properly for almost two seasons resulting in us having to spend $$$ on more chemicals and trouble shooting. The glue is oozing it from the stairs, patio stones they laid have chips which were there when they placed them, they said they would replace them but just ignored us and stopped responding to our calls and emails. They constructed our fence as well and its leaning towards our neighbours property and they wouldnt fix it or do anything about it. Its a matter of time before our new fence falls over. We also have ground water issues which results in getting water behind our liner causing wrinkles and therefore cannot vacuum as it gets stuck to the liner. We told them we had ground water issues and requested a pump to be proactive. The owners Chris and Brian, guaranteed their design and construction would solve our problem and it didnt and they will do nothing to remedy the problem. Would not recommend this company. Visually their work is beautiful but their workmanship is not up to par and they dont back up their work or their word. When things go wrong, they just ignore you.
