The reno turned out to be quite a challenge at times for me as you know. Certainly took a lot longer than we expected which I know is not unusual for these times of pandemic and supply issues. The most important thing though is that I am happy with the end results and its all on budget

Pat was very courteous throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood everything that was going on. Our bathrooms turned out looking fantastic way beyond expectations! He went above and beyond and we thank him for that! He also answered all my questions in the evening when he was off duty! Thank you so much for the work that was done for us. We will definitely be calling you again for future renovations!

Pat and Matt with the Summitcrest group were just fantastic. I was renovating my main bathroom when I ran into unforseen problems that left me with little time to complete it. Finding someone to finish the rest of the bathroom is challenging but Pat made time for me and understood the situation I was in and worked quickly to get in and finish it up. Pat installed baseboards in my basement and I am totally satisfied. I was courteous, efficient and prompt. It was a small job and one that not all contractor would do but Summitcrest did it.

Our fireplace was in urgent need of updating and Pat and The Summitcrest Group did a great job for us. We met with Pat to describe what we wanted and he helped us throughout the whole process, from helping with the design, choosing a fireplace, beautiful tile and finishing. Pat was easy to contact and always responded quickly. He was always friendly and has a great sense of humour. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. We would happily recommend Summitcrest to others that are interested in quality work at a good price.

Extensive reno of a late 1970’s era townhouse kitchen. Required demolition of a demising wall and all original cabinets; installation of electrical connections for stove, microwave and outlets on opposite wall; installation of pot lights across kitchen space and into adjacent dining area; lighting fixtures and ceiling fan; assembly of cabinets installation of cabinets on both East and West walls, with built in microwave, as well as a peninsula. Installation of ceramic flooring and wall tiles. Opened up the closed space to light with an airy beautiful result.

The team at Summitcrest Group was great to work with. They understood our vision and delivered everything we asked for. All of the trades were on time and very professional. Pat reached out based on my request for quote on Home Stars. He was available and accessible to provide me with a quote within days, and was flexible based on my work schedule.

His prices were reasonable and transparent. A couple of things I really appreciated - he was prompt in replying to everything and giving updates on progress, he was always very clear on changes to the plan and how that will affect costs, he got the job done on time and on budget, and had no concerns throughout. I would definitely bring them back for other jobs in the future.

Complete gut of current bathroom in condo. Change tub to shower. Pat did a wonderful job of understanding what I was looking for as well as staying within my budget and his quote. The project turned out beautiful. Would use again for another project.
