Renovation of an elevated deck - transition from pressure treated to composite decking
Action Home Services was one of 4 bidders on our project. The competed on a timely basis and were prepared to alter their bid to address changes raised by other bidders and won. AHS delivered the decking itself on a timely basis. The team was efficient and ensured the job site was well managed and kept tidy. We ordered a glass based railing system which did have some timing challenges. While we were told that the railing could not be ordered until the decking had been completed, the delivery was 2 weeks longer than expected. Once the railings were in hand, the job was completed the same day. Again, an excellent installation experience!! The only area of improvement would come from increased communication. They need to ensure that the homeowner knows the installation timing and can be available. The homeowner also needs to be advised on a timely basis if the timing is changed.
We would use AHS again.
