Initially Frank completely renovated our entire basement. He was very accommodating to our needs, discussed options and provided ideas about designs. Beyond Satisfied with the results we went ahead and used him to renovate all our Bathrooms and Kitchen. He also designed and built a large Custom Cabinet for extra storage(great solid unit built out of high quality products). Recently built some custom shelving in the garage. We would never hesitate to use him for any new Reno projects, no job is too big or small for him. I plan to use him to replace some windows that have some condensation issues soon.

For any projects, Frank communicates frequently about progress made along the way and always completes it on time. The quotes are very reasonable and we always stayed on budget throughout the projects. The job site was always kept neat and tidy!

Frank (owner of Designed Elements Inc.) was very accommodating, helpful and reliable. His pricing is very competitive and the quality of workmanship is good. My entire basement was finished (approx. 1200 square feet) for approx. $28,000.00. The work done for this price included all framing; sub floor (dry core); laminate flooring; drywall; ceiling (with pot lights); building of 4 closets and a new bedroom; plumbing for laundry room. I was very satisfied with all work done in my basement.
Frank also completed a full upstairs bathroom renovation in my home for approx. $5000.00 which included all floor, wall and shower tiling; installing a new bathtub and vanity. I was please with the results.
Lastly, Frank built a 14x16 foot pressure treated deck in my backyard that included a modern privacy screen. This deck was built at a cost of approx. $4,800.00 and his prices were much more competitive compared to companies such a Rona.
Frank is a very trustworthy contractor who is very neat and organized. and the deposit &payment schedule is extremely fair.
