I also found the price to be very reasonable . good after project communication and Quality care . Really good experience .

Rob was a very good painter and Patcher. He had a lot of patching to do in 2 bedrooms that needed a face lift.
it was very dusty compared to what i would have thought. but since patching includes sanding it should be expected.
it worked out well. colour looks good and Rob was super nice and professional.

Mike is a great salesman and super social person in general. Had a wonderful experience and i will be using them again in the future.

Aaron provided us with a detailed quotation following a thorough review of all our needs. Along with Michael Holly, they accommodated our timetable and when the work began, Alex and Sherri undertook to scrape and sand the areas to be painted which, along with the quality of paint used and the skill of these painters, provided us with a painted exterior that we are sincerely proud of.

The professional approach of all involved, the use of drop sheets, the review of the work accomplished towards the conclusion of the project provided us with the satisfaction that we chose wisely when we decided to grant the project to this company.

Pro work painters did a great job painting the exterior of the house, the original caulking had dried out or was missing in some area and they restored it to our expectation.My husband and I are very satisfied with the result and will employ them again as well as recommend them to our friends and family

Rob the painter did an excellent job. He was meticulously clean, reliable, respectful, and made sure that he was not in the way of my family’s day to day activity. He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the work.
The work itself took only 3 days, IN and OUT, quick and easy for such a big job of 3 fairly big in size (approx. 800 sq feet) rooms.
Mike the owner always kept in contact, before, during and after the job. He ensured I was completely in the know, kept me informed with start and end dates and was on the job site 2x to ensure quality of work. Aaron the sales rep, did a great job in speaking to the information within the contract, with no hidden surprises at the end of the job.

I had the outside of my home painted last week by Pro Works Painters and am very satisfied. My home looks clean and fresh. The team was very careful, there were no drips, and the edges were clean and even. The three members that I worked with, from preparing the quote, to painting, to finishing up the job were super...wonderful personalities and easy to work with. My two-tone garage door was the icing on the cake.

I have done a lot of painting over the years and was originally reluctant to hire someone to paint our home due to concerns with workmanship. However, Michael and his crew did an excellent job on our deck, we are very happy with the quality of their finished work. They were very professional with respect to documenting what needed to be done, arranging when they were available to do the work, bringing to our attention potential problems, and in a nutshell, with their conscientious attention to detail. They never rushed our job, working diligently yet efficiently too. We would be happy to recommend them.

We live in an 80 year old home that has paint that is almost 1/4 inch thick in some places due to poor scraping and surface preparation by previous painters. Our disappointing experiences with painters led us to put off the work far longer than we should have. Triggered by the replacement of our windows and eaves troughs, the work could not be put off any longer. It was recommended that we paint before the windows were to be installed to ensure the least damage/impact on the windows.

We met Aaron as his colleague was canvassing the neighbourhood for work. I was very impressed with Aaron's process for quoting on painting the exterior of our home. He scheduled an appointment to do a careful analysis of our needs, review the actual work and listen to our concerns regarding the need for proper preparation of the wood.

Aaron spent a significant amount of time with us during his presentation. While the quotation was not the cheapest (we had received quotes from 3 other firms) we got the greatest sense of confidence from him that the work would be done thoroughly but workers who were dedicated to a high standard.

The scheduling was tricky because we only had a tentative installation date for our windows but when the date was confirmed we contacted Aaron and he and Michael Holley came over the house to again review the requirements and agreed to reschedule another job to accommodate our timetable.

Michael's team of women painters were amazing. In spite of the incredible heat and humidity they did not rush the job and were careful to properly scrape and sand before applying primer and two coats of paint. When they encountered very thick previous coats that could not be removed properly and would have resulted in an unsightly alligator texture under the new paint, they called Michael and he supplied them with a heat gun to remove that paint, right down to the original wood. They continued to use the heat gun when the scraping proved ineffective, without me having to point it out. Even though this caused the job to take a bit longer than originally anticipated, Michael honoured our previously stated expectations for thorough surface preparation and did not present us with a bill for the extra time.

I wish I could post a before and after picture here to illustrate what an amazing job Briella and her co-workers did. This is definitely the best paint job we've had on the exterior of our house and I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Works Painters.
