New Furnace Install on Christmas Day
It’s probably one of the most unfortunate events that can happen for a homeowner in winter to have the major furnace malfunction on holidays and especially on the Christmas Day. That’s what happened to us when we noticed at about 6pm on the Christmas Day that no warm air is coming from the vents. Thanks to Oleg, Vadim, Gregory and Alex who worked on the Christmas Day, we had a new furnace installed and working the very next day. The heater exchanger was cracked and repairing was not an option as the furnace was old. Gregory came sharp at 8am, discussed different options and provided an estimate. They have already all installers booked for that day; however, seeing our small baby Gregory was able to adjust the schedule and have Vadim and Alex come in the afternoon. Vadim consulted us during the installation, protected floors and left everything clean. Our water heater is close to the furnace, so Vadim noticed cracks on the water heater vent and sealed them with no additional charge. I can highly recommend Air Point not only for their professionalism, proactiveness, and quality of work but also for their compassion adjusting their schedule and work on a holiday to help our home with a small baby warm again.
