Jason was prompt in coming to our house, and prompt to come back when an ordered part arrived.
He is extremely neat and clean in his work. I chatted with him a bit while we worked, so I saw how he did it. He is a perfectionist, and put a lot of effort into trying to fix and then to remove the defective part.. He even took the time to paint both the metal covering and the metal parts inside, to make them look like new.
i highly recommend him and his work.
