We found out in the process of selling our house that the furnace needed to be replaced and some plumbing done on the hot water tank. John called me right away and came out to discuss and do a quote. He gave us incredible advice understanding that we were selling and didn’t need a top of the line furnace. His tech was friendly and prompt and had the work done when they said it would be. Installation of nest smart thermostat and furnace/humidifier service and duct cleaning. John returned my request for service promptly, explained the work that was to be done, scheduled the service for the next day. Technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. John of Supreme Energy was the first to get back to me when I was looking for quotes for replacing the fan motor on my 5 year old Trane high efficiency furnace that was installed when we took possession of our new home five years earlier. To make a long story short the service was prompt , they had the best offer and installed the motor and cleaned the ducts properly and quickly. I also learned from the installers that the fan motor should have been covered by Trane for 10 years. They took the serial number and called it in but to my chagrin the builder neglected to register the furnace which I was told was the usual practice so i was out of luck . John also gave me a five year warranty on the new motor. Very satisfied.

These fellows arrived on time and we were so lucky as the day was very cold and we were without heat. They were prompt and friendly and went right to work. I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them in the future for our needs.

We called John through a recommendation from our daughter who had her A/C installed by Supreme Energy. John took his time and answered all our questions when he came by to give us an estimate. He recommended a Trane furnace as we complained about our old one being very loud. The installers did a great job and cleaned up everything as if they were never here in the first place. I can't believe how much quieter our new system is compared to our old one! I highly recommend Supreme Energy.

I had called John b/c of a gas smell from furnace room. It turned out that the person who replaced our HWT recently didn't properly tighten an union. Jhon came out immediately and found the problem and had his techs fix it.

John also installed a new Goodman furnace for us. It was done within the time frame he said it would be done. We had cats and dogs and John's tech's (Andrew/Landon) were responsible and made the change over very smooth.

I highly recommend services from Supreme ENERGY. We got a 10 yr labour/parts and lifetime heatexchanger warranty also on our furnace.

Could not be happier. I shopped around for prices and although it was not a cheap furnace yet the services, warranty, quality and trust is what counts.
