I was looking to upgrade my backyard and did a lot of research to determine the scope of work and identifying a reputable company that has good reviews and is trustworthy.
After having 5 companies to provide me quotations and ideas for upgrade, I selected Eagleman Construction to perform the work.
They highlighted few options, walked me through each one and quoting each solution accordingly.
They were reasonable cost-wise (not the cheapest over the 5 companies engaged) but I really liked the fact that they would rather pass on my project if I would like to cut corners to save on the cost. They are true believers that a reasonable priced quality work will bring more referrals as the owners pleased with the outcome will gladly recommend Eagleman Construction to others.
The project consisted in removing the old fences, grass and asphalt and building new wooden fences, apply new SOD and re-asphalt the driveway.
They executed the job within the agreed timeline, explaining each step and encouraging me to take pictures to document the quality of work for future references. Harry, the person in charge, ensured there was no damage to the property and after each work day they left the area clean and safe.
After the project completion, Harry came over weekly for the next 3 weeks to inspect the work and perform post-completion assessment, advising us how often to water the new grass, how to treat the wooden fence and how to maintain the asphalt.
I’m quite pleased with the project and I would not hesitate to recommend Eagleman Construction to anybody looking for reasonable priced quality work within the agreed timelines.
