Purchasing a new build home was an exciting experience at first, but quickly became a nightmare. Problem after problem kept surfacing soon after closing making me extremely concerned and stressed out. I contacted Home Inspection Perfection to not only assist in identifying the issues that only a professional eye could see, but also for peace of mind. The inspector did a very thorough inspection and explained everything to me in great detail so I could understand their findings. Gavin Caleb is an exceptional home inspector. He brought his years of experience in the building and architectural industries to bear when providing the inspection on a house we recently bought. He uses all the most current technology when examining the house's skeleton thereby being able to show definitively any water damage or structural irregularities. On top of this he was able to liaise comprehensively with the prospective owners.
I just wish we'd known him when we bought our previous house!!
