Bathroom & closet Reno still not finished 10 months later
Lorne from RLM construction was contracted to renovate 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom closets.
Construction started on Oct 19th, 2023. I was told it would be done in 2 months. It is currently Aug 18, 2024, 10 months later and both are still not complete.
Both showers are not finished. The grout was has holes in between the tiles. I am afraid water will get behind the tiles and cause rot or mildew to occur.
There were lots of communication errors with Lorne and his workers. Some of the more serious issues were the wrong closet doors being removed and disposed of, the wrong size counter installed with a foot long space between the wall and counter, and the workers going through my cabinets and fridge and helping themselves to whatever they wanted.
Lorne still has my apartment FOB. He has refused to contact me via email, text or phone.
