Lotus Cleaning

Dog excrement explosion over a huge area of a cream coloured rug. Emailed Atish, he called me back promptly and had my carpet cleaned within 5 hours. I'm in awe. Seriously excellent customer service. Communicative, great cleaning job and speedy. WOW!

We have had Lotus clean carpets on two ocassions in our home. Both times the work has extremely well done, with excellent stain removal and attention to detail. Also had grout cleaned in our bathroom and it came out looking new.

Atish revived our sectional seat cushions, after 8 years of young family use. His work brought back the original lustre to the fabric, and removed stains, and stale odor.
His grout clean removed most discolouration to an old laundry room and shower. Professional work.

Very good service, nice guys. They were accommodating when I needed a fast appointment. I do recommend the company. I told them there was no staining because I forgot one in my daughters' bedroom and they did not charge more for that.
