Very happy with the service I received with Lotus. Atish was very good at communicating with me, and did a fantastic job on my carpets. They look lovely, all the pet stains are gone, and they smell fresh. Also, I received a free bottle of stain remover that will come in very handy. Will definitely recommend Lotus to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!
