Plumbing problems are always a nightmare and its often difficult to find someone reliable. Hired based on reviews here and response to my service request. Clear about pricing and response time (a non-urgent case where I had a faucet that was dripping under the sink when used). Showed up promptly as arranged. Diagnosed the problem and had a part with him. Fixed! I would use again - very satisfied.

We had a clogged kitchen sink together with an ongoing issue with the drain pipe. My husband called Stefano based on his excellent reviews. He came exactly at the scheduled appointment time. He was quick to find and solve the issue. He did an excellent professional job and left my place very clean. I am extremely satisfied with his service and definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our family woke up on a Sunday morning to a leak running down a window on the main floor and a dark water spot on the ceiling. The home protection we had said they did not have availability for 3 days later (which we subsequently cancelled), so we started looking on HomeStars.

Our city was hit with cold spell which led to my pipes being frozen and bursting. I needed an emergency service call. I called Mlsc Plumbing and Drain for their emergency service based on reviews here in Homestars. Steve answered the call and came within half an hour to fix the leak. Price was indicated upfront as the charge will be for 3 hours whether it was needed or not and parts will be extra. He was able to find the leaking pipe and was able to replace it promptly. Service was done in a professional matter and information was explained in detail. No complaints on my part. I will use their services again.

I am keeping Steve on my contacts and will be using him as a go-to in case of any plumbing needs for the future. This guy was great and I would recommend him and his company any time. Efficient, professional, and prepared. We had a pipe burst during the recent polar vortex cold snap which needed fixing, all the while the "emergency" crew mitigated the basement flood. I had gotten about a dozen numbers off homestars and friends and started dialing. Steve was not the first I called, but I am glad I stuck with him. He was the only plumber that was up front in terms of what costs might be, at least on a time and material basis if not fixed price. This was after typical work hours. He arrived when he said he would, charged a good rate (3 hour min)., no hidden fees and parts costs were in line. He explained what was happening and likely happening, what to watch out for, and what he would recommend doing to prevent such occurrences in future. Quality service. Well done.

Woke up to a wet floor in the kitchen and water leaking through into the basement! Turns out something had chewed through the connection between the freezer and the sink. Called Steve at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and he was there an hour later. He picked up all the parts, fixed everything!
