Great service, loved the demonstration. The products really show you how nasty tap water and bottled water can be vs filter water. Difference you can see and taste.

I was referred to True North on Thursday as my AC clunked out on me, and I had a 50+ party to host on Friday. True North was able to accommodate my urgent need and came in the same evening to install a brand new unit.

Worst company!!!!

The technician came and had no knowledge of what we was doing. Told me they would be back the next day and my furnace would be fixed..i have a 2 year old and have been without heat for 3 days.. i had to buy heaters from Walmart.... well 3 days later and 10 calls later i have no resolution.

Guess most the reviews were right.

Be ready to be disappointed!

Buyer beware...had one of your sales representatives set us up with an water filter....was supposed to be $29.95/m...actual is $49.95....over 6 grand you will charge us...a new one can be had for $1200. ..a used one for about $800. Your units ARE NOT NEW!! Mine was manufacturered in may 2010 yet you sold it as new! You are misrepresenting your services and products. ...please do not deal with this company

This company is based on false advertisement beware. They say that you have a 10 day cooling off period, however as soon as they get your equipment installed you can't get it uninstalled they will charge you full price for your equipment. They will give you the run around every time you call in. Do not sign a contract with this company.

The sales agent was extremely polite and true north always comes in when i call! I noticed an immediate decrease on my next bills for my gas and hydro. I can finally have cool air in my house
