Had older home in Calgary to sell needed a lot of work to bring up to code to sell ARS did an absolutely fabulous job in getting rid of mold , fixing walls, floors and completely getting rid of the terrible mold smell, when they finished the house it easily passed the home inspection and sold in one day. For all work done thought cost well worth it
