Mark and his helper arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work. Their work van has water storage so they actually supply their own water for cleaning. Both men were friendly and polite.
They were in and out in little over an hour having cleaned about 1000 square feet of carpet.
(I paid extra for a pre-treatment as the carpet hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time.)
The carpet looks like new!
