We just moved in our home and I wanted to redo the basement kitchen, Kin dah was fair with the quote, took time to do the work, recommended the back splash and did a very good job.
Also set up my patio furniture, I will definitely recommend Kin dah because of the professionalism, commitment and experience.

We planned to renovate and rent our basement apartment. A professional assessment found that we had black mold in the walls. Time was a big factor and the mold was an unexpected setback. Kindah was able to come in and evaluate our situation quickly. The quote was more than reasonable compared to the other contractors that we asked.

Kindah demolished the affected walls, put in new insulation and a vapour barrier (the previous work was done by a non-professional family member so many safeguards were lacking). Kindah put in two new air return vents, put up new drywall and painted the whole area.

The window was also a problem (leaking). Kindah cleaned out the area outside the window and poured new gravel.

The best part was that they cleared away the garbage, saving us a lot of work and frustration. I was very satified with the work that Kindah did on my home and I plan to use them again in the near future for kitchen and bathroom renovation.

Kindah Construction was honest and very 'up-front.' The estimate for the work was extremely fair for the work required. Any extra cost (i.e. slanted floor) entailed during the work was explained, shown and stated prior to the work. Every effort was made to complete the work according to my wishes and standards. The work was completed meticulously with care given to the finishing touches. Details, not included, in the contracted were addressed to make the required work more complete. Personal consideration and care was given to both me and my felines living in the situation. I highly recommend this company. Very easy to communicate with and very trustworthy to have in your home. Not pushy or overpowering.
