Move-in reno

The team was polite but they did a very sub-par job, leaving a lot of unfinished work, and a lot of work that had to be redone within a year. We asked BVM to please come and fix the work and were essentially told 'no'. They have no time for smaller jobs and we, as new homeowners, were definitely not a priority. It's a shame because now we have much larger work to do to our house, and we would NEVER call upon BVM to do it.

Company Response

Dear anonymous,

Thank you for blatantly lying in your review of our company.

IF you were a client, you would know full well that we offer a two year warranty on all of our work and have never told a client NO when they call us to fix a deficiency.

Blaming you alone is wrong. We should all blame the sites such as Homestars where bullying is permitted by so called verified anonymous users, leaving a company vulnerable to hate-filled reviews where anyone can log onto and try to ruin a person or a company with their demeaning, false and most times libelous comments.

To quote writer Liane Mandalis:
“Anonymity, when used in this sense, is the coward’s way. It is a way to say whatever you like to whomever you like without showing your face or having any care or concern for the impact your thoughts, words and actions have on others. It is the ultimate refusal of responsibility.”

If you think you have something valid or useful to say, then come out from behind your cloak and identity yourself.

We look forward to your unmasking.
