I had planned a complete renovation and redesign of my house for a long time. It had taken me months just to plan out the design. For something that large I needed some sort of assurance that the company responsible for the project is reliable and the best I could do was go with the recommendations of sources I trust. Several of my friends had told me that they have worked with Ramin and had confidence in them. That was enough to get me to look up Chic Design Build and contact them.
After contacting them I spoke to Ramin and arranged a meeting to see me in person at my house. He came with his partner Moe and both were very accommodating and took a lot of time to let me see everything I wanted and explained everything I wanted to know. I got a lot of new ideas from both of them and a lot of info on the materials were things I wouldnt have thought of.
Overall Im impressed with their work. Their ideas helped me change some of my plans for the better, the work is very well done in general, I see no problems to point out and everything is very cleanly finished. The job was done almost 2 years ago and there are only some minor cracks around the woodworking and crown mouldings.
They said they will do the fixing free of charge although I insisted to pay.
They are super nice people and Im highly recommend them to all the homeowners for extensive projects.
