We recently renovated our 2nd floor in our home from carpet with hardwood. After we shopped around with different vendors, we finally decided to go with Sam from Flooring Coverings International - North York and our subsequent meetings, from the first to the last, were extremely satisfactorily. Sam has done two bathroom tile jobs for us. Good quality work done on time and he is a pleasure to deal with.

Mr. Sam helped me with the installation of my floors. He was so helpful with helping me select a good quality material and informative. I didn't even think that flooring materials could emit VOCs. So he helped me find one that had high standards and tested well. He was prompt and great at communication. I'd have to leave for work and trusted that he was going to do a good job. I saw that he took the time to take off his shoes when he would step onto the new floors. I even said that it was alright. He was precise about his work and spent the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had a problem with my floor, the concrete from the builder wasn't poured level. A void/dip of over 3mm in depth, the size of a dining room table. I hadn't noticed it until he showed me and gave me my options. I was thankful that he helped me with that. I really didn't have the time or extra money to budget for re-poured concrete. Thank you Mr. Sam with completing such a big task in my first home.

Sam and Vincent were both friendly and kind. The quote that Sam wrote up was detailed and professional and half the price of another quote we got. They were able to do the job the very next week! So quick! The tiles look great.

The icing on the cake was that we had a large rock on our patio that we wanted removed. We asked Sam and Vincent if they thought maybe they could move it while they were there? They were so sweet and said they'd try. Well... they did it!!!!! FOR FREE.

We've never had such a pleasant and smooth experience getting something fixed in our home.

On first contact by phone, Drew asked good questions and offered options for tiles for a small basement apartment bathroom. When he understood what I wanted, he had many suggestions for tiles, came soon after to look at the bathroom and promptly sent a quote. It may have been a bit high, but I felt that it would be worth it as it was promised to be done soon. Sam got in touch and the job was done a week later and took a day. Sam stayed with the tiler, Vincent, helping him through the very hot day to make sure all could get done in good time. It was a small job, but I felt well taken care of with updates and little consults throughout. Everyone involved was pleasant and helpful. Thanks!

We were very impressed and satisfied with the work and quality of the hardwood floors installed at our new home, moreover the timing that they were able to complete it just prior to our moving in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested to renovate their flooring to hardwood within their homes. Thanks for the good job done!!!

They were very accommodating and had great communication. The price is a little more expensive than others but I am satisfied with the product and the service.
