Stay AWAY! What a nightmare! These guys operate under different company names like Executive Concrete Solutions, Pro Designs Interlocking and Landscaping, Rock Solid Concrete and interlocking. I hired Rock solid Concrete and Interlocking in April 2017. Gave them 50% (almost $12K) deposit. They excavated and then started demanding the remaining 50%. While excavating the area, they damaged the driveway and drove the bobcat over existing grass killing the grass and made a huge mess.
They constantly made up stories about purchasing the materials needed for the job. When I refused to pay the remaining 50%, they told me that they were going to abandon the job and not perform any further work.
Michael (Owner) had some material delivered from a supplier in Oakville but then refused to pay the supplier. The supplier told me that they are going to place a lien on my property if I don’t let them pick up the materials.
I have reported them to the police but the police refused to take any action and told me it is a civil issue. Be prepared to lose your money if you hire them.
