Bathroom project completed on time and on budget. Staff at H.O.M.E. Options Barrie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to provide a comprehensive quote for the project, a start and finish date and the renovations were completed on time without any issues. Luke was always on site with his crew and always ready to provide suggestions as the work progressed. I would strongly recommend H.O.M.E. for any project.

Had our kitchen/living room reno done by Luke and his team. Right from design and preparation everything went quite smooth. All items were laid out for cost and time of installation. Their designer Kaitlyn had some great ideas which we used in the end. The team on site did great work and kept everything clean and tidy especially at the end of the day. This was our second Reno from Luke and his team as we also did a basement renovation 2 years earlier and it was also a job well done. We feel like we have a new house after all these changes. I highly recommend Home Options Made Easy.

We are over the moon happy with the quality, timeline and overall experience with Luke and his team. We have had horrible experiences in the past and after talking with friends of ours, we met up with Luke and his designer at our home. They came out and gave us great ideas that we hadn't thought about.

We went into their design centre and got to pick out all our finishes and finalize pricing. They made is just as their name suggests, EASY.

They estimated 8-10 weeks to complete the full main floor and came in just under 7 weeks. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend having them come out for your next project.

The team at HOME were absolutely amazing with our home renovation. It was quite the challenge with the layout but Luke and his team figured out a plan and made it happen. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and amazing wine bar.

Our ensuite is up next and there is no other company I will be working with.

Luke charged us $18486.00 for pre-made MDF kitchen cabinets that cost $5585 as this is the amount billed to him from the supplier (it was on the packing slip the delivery guys left with me which he was not happy they left it with me). He was very dishonest and not transparent about his services. He charged $3500 for installation so it was a markup of $9000 for cheaply made cupboards. He did not advise I was getting MDF cupboards just showed me a door and I assumed it was wood with that price he charged. All the other services that I had them do were overcharged also. I was also overcharged for the quartz counter top with a cost of $6980 which was an additional cost. He charged me $1940 for a garbage pullout, spice rack and 24 cupboard pulls (that cost $9.69 from his supplier) with an installation charge of $845 for this service. I would have put my own pulls on and installed the spice rack and garbage insert for that price. These prices are before sales tax also. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY you will regret it! My dream kitchen turned into a NIGHTMARE! He was not honest and TRANSPARENT about his products!

We’re very happy with our beautiful new kitchen. The team from Home Options Made Easy did a great job. James was our main contact during the project .He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He and the whole team seem to be very hard workers. Alyx was very helpful with design decisions. We were impressed with the various trades people who worked on our kitchen as it was transformed day by day. Looking forward to hosting the first Christmas dinner in the lovely new kitchen.

Scope of work was clearly defined and executed. Delivery was in budget and on time. Professional service provided throughout.

We had ordered kitchen cabinets from them back in February. Took them a while to place the order, forgot to order parts of kitchen and ordered incorrect parts. They were very unorganized and made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend!

My experience with this company and contractor was excellent. Starting from the quote, to the finish, it was a wonderful and event free experience. The design team was great at giving us ideas and respecting our vision too. The GC Cardin, who ran the kitchen, dining room, and other small renovations that were done, was easy to work with, very professional, and hard working. The follow up service was better than expected with all concerns dealt with quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this team for your next renovation.
