Emergency Roof Repair before Winter Snow Storm

Two years ago, raccoons ripped off 2 shingles from my roof the day before the weather forecast called for a major snow storm that very night. I called nearly a dozen roofers, and they were all unavailable and/or unwilling to come despite the emergency. Toronto City Roofers came and did a fantastic job repairing two shingles and re-fastening my parapet flashing that fell off after a storm. The technician said I would need a new roof in the summer because the shingles were coming close to 20 years. I can say that the the repair lasted till I finally got my whole roof done. Thank you.
