Paid for 1 BDRM move for our daughter and who lived 4 hrs. Showed up 9:30 PM, over 6 hours late with a U-Haul truck. Began loading, stopped and demanded we pay another 4-6 thousand dollars. At her location, they were demanding another 2000.00 and using horrible tactics such as her parents were no good and not helping her. I had asked my daughter to record the conversations, take pictures and videos, which she did. At 2:00 AM and Over the phone we negotiated a new price and promptly e transfered and additional payment. A few minutes later, the video recorded the boss telling my daughter that them money we sent him was for them to unload her belongings. They were leaving everything on the sidewalk. But for the grace of God, a police officer drove by and stopped. He spoke with all parties and directed the movers to put everything back into her suite, which they did. That morning, we hired our own U-Haul truck and paid movers.
One week later, they put the final payment of 1379.70 after not moving her.
