Excellent customer service, Mohammed was on time and perform an outstanding job. Very happy with the results.

I only hired Mohammed as I read good reviews. I had cleared out my entire living/dining room, with the exception of a very heavy, rustic, solid wood coffee table. When I returned to the area, Mohammed, without asking my permission, had moved the coffee table into my kitchen. I could barely get it back out and it had to be turned at an angle to get it back out. I then saw that one of the table's THICK METAL HINGES WAS BENT -- with a LARGE HEAVY BOLT COMPLETELY MISSING! This table was PERFECT, assembled only months ago in my apt, and NO PARTS WERE BENT OR MISSING!!!

Mohammed would not admit he did it. At first he said he would come by in 2 days and have a look, then he told me to look for the bolt (which he obviously threw away, so I wouldn't know what happened). The angrier I got, the more he denied being responsible.

MOHAMMED IS A DISHONEST PERSON WHO DOES NOT ADMIT WHEN HE CAUSES DAMAGE. DO NOT HIRE HIM, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

My dog soiled my off-white carpet in three spots. I tried to clean the area myself by spot cleaning and then using a steam cleaner. That made it worse and about 5x the size of the original spots. I sent Mohamad pictures and he was very reassuring. When I met him in person, he was very nice and took the time to explain to me the process he would undertake. He even did an extra spot where tea had been spilled some time ago at no extra cost. Mohamad is very professional and pleasant and obviously takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Ideal Interior Care Ltd - in fact, I plan to have them clean and repair a Persian wool rug in the not too distant future.

Mohammed picked up a carpet from my home and returned it a week later... spotlessly clean! The carpet is over 15 years old and because it's white, it looked very soiled. Today it looks like a new carpet. I am thrilled with the service and the quality of the work. I would recommend Ideal Interior to my friends and family... without doubt!

Great job cleaning my couches, area rug and fabric headboard. Mohammed provided great service, and is very honest and humble. Was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for upholstery cleaning.

Muhammad was on time, cleaned and washed the carpet nicely, I would recommend him. I was thinking either to replace or wash the carpet. Since it has been washed nicely no need to replace
