All the reviews about Mohammed are true! He came promptly at the given time. He did a FABULOUS job (especially considering he had to make up for guy from another company who had made such a mess of the carpets). Mohammed was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and made sure I was happy before he left. I would highly recommend his services. I will definitely have him next time I need the carpets cleaned. My 10 year old Berber looks like new.

Mohammed came to our home to clean our mattress, sofas and love seats that were absolutely destroyed. He was very honest and up front and told me it wasn’t worth spending money on to clean it. I appreciated his honesty because I was contemplating tossing them out anyways. He saved me the money and the hassle. He also cleaned a very dirty mattress and it came out perfect! We tried another service where the stains were not even removed and avoided cleaning services as a result. He was very professional and extremely hardworking. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Mohamad lived up to his excellent reviews on Homestars. He replied to my inquiries very quickly, was able to come in the day we requested, was punctual on the day of the cleaning, explained all options and processes, was efficient and very pleasant. And the cost was exactly as quoted.

Mohamad was a pleasure to deal with. My rugs came back in sparkling condition. Even more impressive the indoor carpeting on halls and stairs was very soiled and they now look as though they were Judy installed. I appreciated his knowledge about carpets and his work ethic.

We cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Mohamad the General Manager. I scheduled an appointment online and upon booking I received a confirmation email, text message and a personal phone call confirming the booking and the arrival of Mohamad at our home. The customer service gets an A+.

Prior to booking I researched several companies that used genuine "green" products that was cleaner, hygienic and safer for both adults and children. Thankful Ideal Interior Care LTD. offered all of them. Not just by what was written on their websites but also from my endlessly conversation with them and physically seeing the products Mohamad used during the appointment.

Mohamad was punctual, polite, respectful and explained his cleaning system in detail. He also did not leave any mess once the cleaning was done. He cleaned our bedrooms, hallway, queen mattress that was soiled to the fullest degree and 5 seater sectional that was absolutely destroyed by our toddler pouring beverages, pee stain from changing her diaper, food stains you just name it.

Seriously, the way Mohamad transformed everything was just amazing. Our carpet, mattress and sectional literally look brand new. I’m a stickler for having things done properly and efficiently. When Mohamad arrived at our home, his level of professionalism, respect, courtesy, expertise, you just name it were 10/10. Overall the cleaning gets an A+++

It’s very difficult to please me when it comes to a cleaning job as I pride myself as the “queen of cleanliness”, however the way Mohamad transformed our home with his cleaning services by far was amazing.

Also, all questions and concerns submitted to his company prior to the appointment was addressed in a timely and respectful manner. I probably asked a million questions pertaining to the cleaning and not once did I ever receive a rude response or the silent treatment.
The price charged after the entire cleaning was the same as the quote, no hidden surprises there.

Overall, Mohamad did a fantastic job and he gave us a complimentary bottle of stain removal. I will use his services again.

Exceptional service and quality. Was able to book service for the next day. Mohammed is an absolute professional - my couch and chairs came up sparking clean. I decided last minute to get scotch guard treatment and they had it on hand, was not at all an issue that for him that the job would take a little bit longer. Would highly recommend.

Mohamad arrived as scheduled, inspected and agreed upon areas to be cleaned, and set about his task. He cleaned our 20 year old hall soiled carpet and made it 'new'. Mohamad offered to go the extra mile and shampooed heavily used areas so the shading would blend. All the while, he engaged us in the process and completed his work promptly.
