Great work from an honest and skilled contractor. I love the interlocking. It’s very smooth and gives a very open appearance to my driveway. The garden that used to run the length of my driveway was an annual nightmare. Now in its place is a no maintenance walkway. I would hire JJR Construction - I was so impressed!

This company contacted me stating they were interested in a walkway and front porch repair that I was looking to have completed. I’ve never used home stars before.
I connected with Julian by email and phone to set up an appointment for a quote.
He was a no-show with no message no response or apology.
If you’re really not interested have the courtesy to let people know. Disappointed !

We took a long time to decide to rebuild a badly sunken, narrow and overgrown footpath that bridged the front of our small midtown house, but when Julian was still available and interested in the job a year after making his original quote, I knew we had the right person. The spacious new walkway has curves, slopes for drainage, and is like walking on a grande allee between the perpendicular cement paths it joins. Compliments from all who have seen it. The Ribeiro team was wonderful to have on site: clean, quick and quiet; Julian supplied suggestions, answers, updates and information as the job progressed. Thumbs up all around.

I hired Julian through Home Stars and I was very happy with his service. This was a small job but too big for me to handle on my own. Julian was excellent communicating before the job started and there were no surprises when he did arrive. It was only a one day job and the job was done cleanly and effectively. I would have no problem hiring JJR Construction for future projects based on their cleanliness and professionalism.

Our front steps had to be completely refinished as the stone was falling off and looking terrible. Julian, Joe and the team did an amazing job, kept us up to date on what was happening day to day, kept the sight clean as they went and finished every detail meticulously. They also helped us get hooked up with people to help with the rails and even an electrician for a completely unrelated situation. It looks amazing, better then when it was first done, we are so happy with their work, and they were great guys too!! Thanks JJR Construction!

Super satisfied with JJR Constructions work! They were polite, respectful, prompt and communicative through each step of the repairs. They even helped clean up the leaves away from my property when everything was finished. The job was done in half a day and it looks beautiful.

Original, old driveway was replaced. Last winter my car froze in the puddles that formed!
It took 3 days to repair. The job was performed to my highest level of expectation. It was started on time and finished on time. Working with this company was a joy. The work was explained fully to me in advance and as it was ongoing. Every one was friendly and courteous. Each day the site was cleaned up, and the finished product looks great! I am planning on employing them in the spring to do my front and side walkways - and I am looking forward to it!

Julian and his JJR team were a pleasure to deal with, completing a very large job (driveway/walkway/patio) in less than one week, including working both days over a weekend. We were very pleased with the quality of the work completed and the attention to detail on some difficult curved edges/cuts. JJR’s work was of excellent quality for a reasonable price and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others for similar projects.
