Changing my review. We have had too many issues following the work that was performed and do not want to lead anyone else down the path because of our reviews. It would be unethical of me to leave this on here.
Extensive Home Renovation and Restoration after fire flooding emergency
We had a small fire in the basement over the summer at our home in Bolton Caledon area. The fire was contained but unfortunately there was a lot of smoke damage. On the day of the incident I had reached out to our insurance company and I also made a call out to LEMARG from a referral. LEMARG was quick to respond and was onsite same day to assess and assist in the matter even before I heard from anyone at my insurance company. LEMARGS emergency services was extremely supportive and also coordinated efforts with the fire department to secure the home and prevent any further damage due to the fire, smoke, or water flooding from the fire department. They collected valuable contents and did emergency cleaning of articles of clothing for our family as well as coordinated storage and delivery of items to our rental property so that we could be impacted as little as possible. When it came to the repairs, there were many things that I would never had been aware of or even understood the long term impacts on the health and safety of my family and the value of my home if repairs were not done to the exact specifications he enforced with the insurance adjuster. After multiple contractors provided their assessments on behalf of the insurance contractor we all agreed LEMARG was the most capable and experienced company to return my home back to the state it was in before. He played a key role as my trusted advisor when dealing with the insurance adjuster to ensure my interests were protected at all times.
LEMARG invested a lot of time and patience with me to review the repair scope and costs and was available at all times to answer any questions regardless of the day or time. I have entrusted them to help us in this situation and I do not regret my decision at all. The repairs and attention to detail was incredible. The quality and end-result was beyond my expectations and recommend them for any project planned or unplanned as they really made this experience almost enjoyable.
LEMARG proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that when it came to my fire emergency response that they restored my home to a state better then I could have envisioned.
