Steve and his team recently completed a furnace and water tank replacement. They were professional, very competent and efficient. I felt confident with Steve and his team and would highly recommend them.

During one of the hottest and most humid weeks of this summer, our air conditioning system quit. Steve was able to work us in when in the neighborhood the day after I phoned him based on a reference. He was able to repair both the fan and the compressor which had failed, and he further set the thermostat and temperature for us for the remainder of the summer so that we would not have to adjust the setting. Thanks to Steve, we are staying cool and calm. He responded promptly to my call for assistance and is a very pleasant person to have working in one's home.

At the beginning of summer, we had an leakage with our A/C system that was affecting other units in our building.

Steve was recommended as the preferred supplier so we thought that it would be a smooth and quick process fixing the unit since he was familiar with the building, but that wasn't our experience.

Steve came to take a look at our A/C system on 3 separate occasions but the leakage came back each time. Only after coming back for the 3rd time, he told us that we needed to replace the unit completely and that he could do that for us.

We were following up with Steve throughout the rest of the summer trying to get the new unit installed but to no avail.

We were well into the middle of September until we finally had to just go with another company since we were getting no where.

Just as a side note, the other company had installed the new AC unit within a week and a half of us calling in. We haven't had an issue with the AC unit since.

Granted, there were a few issues with plumbing and the building but we got those issues resolved from our end in a quick manner (and we were incentivized to since it was HOT in our apartment!)

I have no doubts that he would've done a good job with the AC unit as he is our building's preferred supplier however, as stated, he definitely dropped the ball with our unit. Given that we were having issues since the beginning of July, I had hoped that he would've prioritized fixing our A/C unit. This was clearly not the case.

I was referred to Steve a few years ago when our furnace stopped working in dead of winter. He came bye and solved the issue with no effort and low price and gave us great tips to keep the furnace running smoothly. This past week our air conditioner also stopped right on the hottest day of the year. Steve was able to find time at the end of his crazy busy day and got us up and running immediately and had a permanent fix within a day getting new parts to fix the issue. Always reasonable on price, gives options and shows pride in his work. Highly recommend Steve and his team!

Steve helped me with a problem a client was having with his fireplace, and the mechanicals for it. He got to the hear of the problem with no fuss, straight honest advice and had them fixed up in no time flat.

Steve installed our air conditioner over 18 years ago. Recently our air conditioner was not performing adequately and rather than try to sell us a new air conditioner Steve was able to repair our old one saving us many $$$. Here is my story.........Last year, I had an air conditioner issue on a brand new a/c (not cooling the house). At the time, maintenance was with a large, corporate
operation. They sent a technician who was unable to assess the problem and I was told that another technician would be sent to trouble shoot the issue (at a cost). I was frustrated and totally derailed
by the response.

I check with a friend who provided Steve's name and telephone number. Steve scheduled an immediate home visit and determined there was a leak. A quick patch and the air conditioner was humming.
Since then, I have had Steve install two new furnaces (at different addresses). Steve (and his team) is reliable, knowledgeable and takes the time to troubleshoots the primary issue. Prices for parts/equipment
are reasonable as is the labour costs.

This month I cancelled the maintenance with the large, corporate company (I had to wait an entire year to cancel). They were shocked and tried to lock me into another package. Totally unreasonable when I
pay for air conditioning maintenance for a year and it only runs 4-5 months at best, and I require multiple technicians to visit. The care and the quick response from Steve is remarkable. I know that you will
