I was contacted by Alex in response to our request thru Homestars. I advised Alex of the problem with our leaking tap in the laundry room and Alex went out of his way to order parts for the builders installed Chinese Tap. Upon inspection we decided to replace the tap and two shut off valves. Additionally Alex re plumbed our kitchen sink as we had a leaking pea trap.
Alex was cordial, professional and immaculately clean as well as right on time. If I require any future plumbing work I will definitely call Award Plus
