I noticed a stain on the living room ceiling, identified the possible source as the toilet. Alex called me within minutes and had a technician Will over within the hour. What an excellent service. Very knowledgeable technician, he agreed that it is likeley the toilet and said we can get it done within 2 hours. He did an excellent job and all throughout he kept me informed and explained things which was great. Overall very satisfied with the service.
