MAXAIRE to the rescue!

Last Friday night we realized that the AC was not working as it once did. The air was tepid at best and the house quickly began to heat up. After half a sleepless night I decided to do my research and see if I could fix this problem on what I thought was a fairly new unit (8 years old). Google with all its information did not provide any fix for my AC issue. I logged onto to Homestars and began searching for a repairperson. MAXAIRE was one of the first I looked at and based on the comments I decided to send a text to the number provided. Keep in mind I sent this text @ 6:50 AM on a Saturday. Within 40 minutes I had a reply from Karnik. Karnik assured me he would try his best to have a tech out to take a look as soon as possible. With the heat in the house rising and the fact that we had our families coming over to celebrate Father’s Day I needed the AC to be repaired asap or it would be pretty hot with 25+ people arriving that afternoon. Karnik was able to send a tech out within hours. By noon that day the AC was back in business and the house was slowly cooling down. The ice cold air was back! Karnik took the time to explain pricing and the tech that came out to diagnose and complete the repair was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. The fact that these guys worked hard to accommodate us and get to us so fast was awesome! The whole process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend MAXAIRE to anyone looking for good honest repairs and installations. 10+ for these guys!
