Warranty Service for noise in furnace
We called for an assessment of a noise in the furnace when the fan ramped up. Grant came and inspected. He was polite and offered to wear a mask. He inspected the furnace and listened for the noise. Naturally, it did not occur when he was here, but it has not occurred since. He took it upon himself to replace some piping that had a small leak. Grant was very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
We will continue to use Summers and Smith for our HVAC needs. All great people.
