We contacted Edko after discovering some pooling water in our basement. We feared we would need to move forward with a massive waterproofing project, as we have an older home. Edgar arrived promptly, only a few hours after being contacted, and performed a thorough inspection of the affected area. His integrity was on full display when he ultimately directed us to contact a specialized plumber, as he determined that the basement foundation was not the issue, but rather a potential underground problem, and that his services were not required. He was courteous and respectful throughout the inspection, and I would certainly recommend anyone with suspected foundation issues to contact Edko.
