We contracted with Emian construction to complete a main floor reno that included our kitchen and bathroom, plus our stairs and main upstairs bathroom.

There were times that decisions had to be made on tight timelines without much advanced notice, however I feel that this company is trust worthy and will do what they contract to do.

Mehdi at Emian Construction built a new shed in our backyard.
Mehdi, was great to work with. The job consisted of a comprehensive quote and project design, removal of our existing shed, building our new shed and managing multiple tradesmen to complete the job.
Mehdi is professional, easy to communicate with, keeps a very clean and safe job site, and is very respectful of neighbouring houses. Mehdi ensures a high level of quality.

Mehdi was very polite and had excellent communication with us from the moment he visited our home. We needed to renovate our kitchen in less than a month. He presented us with intriguing ideas and modern designs, remaining receptive to our preferences. Before making any choices, he sought our opinion and executed exactly what we wanted. We had an unfinished basement with lots of water leaks from the exterior walls and uneven concrete floor. So, we found EMIAN Construction Group in the Homestars with a good reputation. Mehdi came and provided us the good solutions for the problems and great suggestions for the design. The quote was fair and payment structure was based on the project progress. They did the water proofing from inside of the house. They removed all the old piping and wiring and run the new one.Framing, insulation, new bathroom were the next step. They made the awful floor even and then installed the vinyl on that.
At the end they installed a beautiful and practical kitchen cabinet. Mehdi is expert, patient and polite. We really recommend EMIAN Construction Group and definitely they will be with us in the upcoming projects.

Mehdi did an incredible job in doing our condo renovation. It was our first condo town and it was a great experience having a reliable contractor who is always communicative and constantly updates us with the project progress. Everything was done up to our expectations and he was accommodating to our extra requests. Everything was also done within timeline expectations and budget. Will definitely recommend Emian and use them again for future projects.

Mehdi @ Emian Construction was amazing from day 1. Excellent and prompt, courteous communication and always happy to listen to our ideas regarding the design. He was very patient and we could tell how committed to quality and perfection he was. He made great suggestions to improve our design ideas and save some money as well. The majority of the work was completed while we were on vacation for 3 weeks and we had complete trust in him to get the job done (and he did!). He managed the various trades closely and ensured things got done when they had to be done. We look forward to working with him again for our front porch project and eventually our bathroom and backyard.
