Dane came on time and did a great job cleaning the fireplace and replacing a switch. Now it looks great and works great.

Ryan came. Our pilot had gone out but we were able to get that going on our own. We were quoted $175.00 for a full annual clean and maintenance call. Super happy. Everything is spick and span and even ... pinterest worthy! Ryan scraped down the box and repainted it. It was a bit more of a serious job than we expected.

Dane came and went straight to work. I was very impressed at the whole set up. First of all he covered the work area, vacuumed EVERYTHING in the fireplace and even painted the inside of the fireplace. He did this in a very timely manner. Very friendly service from my phone call to book to the service person, Dane. 10s all way around from me.

On Monday, September 9, 2024 I pulled my SUV into my garage and I could smell gas. I couldnt figure out what it was. I was recommended Ryan My Fireplace Guy Fitter By my plumber/Gas Fitter who had retired. I called him that morning and Told him the issue that I had and his response was nothing but tremendously fast. He had his wonderful helper at my house within the hour. He thoroughly checked the entire furnace and the entire gas line. There was a leak found at the connector on the outside of the garage which he and his helper promptly fixed. His service was nothing less than outstanding and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him hands-down to anyone for any of your plumbing/gas fitting/fireplace needs. Not to mention, they both had outstanding personality and were very professional. Thank you, Ryan. I will be calling you again whenever the need arises! Im so happy that I have such an amazing new plumber!

I checked in with Ryan's as my fireplace had not been cleaned, nor looked at in over 10 years, maybe more. Dane showed up, and cleaned it up, checked it over and all was good. Our fireplace is in the basement, so he mentioned that the service call included painting the firebox to make it look better, but the smell might be harder to get rid of. This was very considerate, and I decided it was good to go. Once he was done, I checked the area nearby and he had cleaned it up so good, I hardly knew he had been there. All in all, a great experience, and I will use them in the future..

Ryan converted our propane grill to natural gas and installed a quick release coupling to connect it to on the previously capped off external line two years ago. I wasn't comfortable DIYing with the conversion kit that came with it, and was happy to have it done. Ryan completed the work quickly and cleanly, and tested everything to make sure there were no leaks and confirm that the grill fired up. Still working great.

It took a while for the invoice to find me, but I was happy to pay right away when I did get it.

We converted our wood burning fire place to a gas insert and couldnt be happier. It was quite the job having been here for 30+ years and Ryan was determined to get this done for us. We loved his was passion and determination, he was very helpful and friendly.
The Masonry Company Margarit he recommend did a fabulous job of removing, restoring and saving some of the stone work. Youd never know it had been removed and replaced, the replacement stone is a total match. Fabulous job. We highly recommend Ryan My Fireplace Guy and Margarit Masonry

I had Ryan come to service a unit with a noisy fan Ryan indicated the fan needed to be replaced & due to the age of the unit replacement parts were not available. He offered to replace the entire unit with a used one which he said was "still fairly new & was roughly the same BTU output" The cost would be $1300 plus $500 installation.

The completed work was messy (tangles of wires & unconnected electronics) Crude(attached by scabbing in a 2x4) & perhaps even unsafe (no teflon tape used on some gas connections) Shortly after installation I noticed that the unit could not sufficiently heat the room even with the central heating on. It was not very cold out. This was never the case with the original unit. A few days later the fan stopped working
When I later downloaded the manual I discovered that model was last made in 2007 making it at least 17 years old. Furthermore its BTU output was only about half that of the original.

With the work completed and it is very much completed I have $1800 less and a non heater with no fan.

My fireplace stopped working during our last cold snap. I called Ryan My Fireplace Guy, expecting to be told there would be a lengthly wait, and was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in quickly. The office called to confirm the appointment the day before (on a Sunday). He arrived promptly on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and did a great job cleaning and servicing the unit. He fixed a problem with the pilot light and it is working properly again.
Five star professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
