Falcon Flooring Carpet and Tiles - No Longer in Business

Very unprofessional crew
Did not let the hardwood acclimatize
Left a mess that took days to clean up as sawdust was everywhere as they cut inside rooms
Hostile to deal with and made everything seem impossible to do, despite another installer being able to easily accomplish what was asked
If you requested something specific they threatened that the warranty would not apply
Used last minute tactics to bill you more while on site
Honestly speaking I have nothing good to say about this company and could not wait to get them out of my house as they were a complete headache to deal with and left a trail of damaged walls as they did not respect their surroundings at all.
I had prior and since dealt with other renovation companies that were very professional and understand customer service so my expectations were not unrealistic
From the second they showed up at my house I knew I made a mistake. They could not properly communicate what their install plans were and were very rude

Crew of 5 arrived at 8:30am on first day and started removing carpets with one crew screwing down the sub floor. The owner worked on the railing foundation of the hallway inorder to shim it level for the hardwood flooring. By doing so he also scratched some area of the railing foundation which he later patched with wood filler paste. The crew worked fast and tend to make more mistake which resulted in more hardwood wastage.
On the 2nd day they had to recover some wasted wood to complete the last room even with a 10% extra wood built in the estimate. The crew were not careful when taking out the empty cardboards and carpets causing scratches on the main entrance door.
They don't have good customer relationship if you ask questions or watching them doing their job. You tend to get remarks that you are not trusting them in their job.
Don't expect to have a clean floor after the job for they quickly swept it only.
However the job was completed and as expected.
It took us two days to fully clean and dust out the 2nd floor because their cutting tools didn't have proper filter bags. It also tripped my smoke alarm several times from cutting the hard wood with the table saw which emitted smoke due to wood burnt.

I had a small job to be completed and was referred to Mehmet by another contractor. He came and gave me a quote. On the day of the job, Mehmet and his crew were here on time and finished the job in just over an hour! During the course of the work, I noticed a couple of spindles were out of alignment. They fixed the issue right away and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Although their work was good, there was a small amount of work pending, for which i called numerous times and was promised action, but nothing happened.After sales service of Falcon Flooring is terrible, despite promises nothing is done. Not a very trust worthy company

Run away from this place. Simply the worst nightmare !!!!! I got the opposite of what I paid for. They have the worst customer service you will ever encounter. They simply do not care about anything but your cash! And they make an emphasis in getting only cash! Very dishonest company.
They are a few dollars cheaper than the rest but believe me it is not worth it!!!

We recently had water damage in our condo and had to rip out all the flooring. When I contacted Falcon flooring, they were very knowledgable, courteous, and affordable. They went out of their way to give me an accurate quote, and was able to make this whole mess so much easier to manage. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thanks Falcon Flooring!

They rebuilt my stairs, refinished and re-stained hardwood in my dining room. Excellent workmanship and a very professional service provided by the Falcon Flooring team members.
