Unfortunately we had a mixed experience.
**Pros:**
- The initial consultation was excellent. The sales rep was knowledgeable and provided clear information.
**Cons:**
- Cleanup was poorly done, leaving debris/nails around our property. I spent over an hour sweeping and picking up roofing nails on our driveway and the main areas. The gutters hadn't been blown clean. I am still finding nails and shingles on one side of our house.
- While doing the job communication was lacking, and they nearly missed completing an important aspect of the job we paid for.
While the initial stages were promising, the execution and follow-up need improvement.

We sincerely apologize for your satisfactory experience. We have a strict policy regarding cleanliness as we pride ourselves on this. Of course we would have sent a technician to thoroughly clean up the nails. If you can call our office or Martin to find out your address, I'll be able see who was working on your roof that day and provide the necessary feedback to them. Please call us right away if you do find any nails - we have a special magnetic broom to gather them.
