Team cleaning of house, especially kitchen and bathrooms. Initial estimate was done quickly and reasonably priced. The team brings all of their own supplies and equipment - quality items too, such as Dyson vacuum cleaners. They work responsibly and are very diligent. They use initiative to solve a cleaning problem and provide concrete suggestions on how to solve it. They are a professional, respectful and pleasant cleaning team. I like the fact that they are bonded and insured. Dealing with administration is flawless and convenient - especially billing, as the cleaning team does not take payment. House was left in great condition - and they have no problems dealing with pets.

POSH ladies came and cleaned my house today. They did a fantastic job, they were very friendly, thorough, and my home is sparkling clean.I would certainly use them again and I would recommend them.

I hired Posh to clean my house in advance of my moving in. They did a thorough job within the time frame, but after they left I discovered some damage to the fridge door seal (likely due to vigorous cleaning). I emailed them regarding this issue, and they wrote back promptly, offering to replace the part. Due to no fault of their own, the part took three months to arrive, but during this time they checked in frequently with updates on the part’s arrival. Today, it came in, and they dispatched their handyman immediately to install it. I am impressed by their prompt attention to my issue and their concern. Great cleaning followed by outstanding customer service. If you’re feeling, like I was, a little worn out by contractors who promise the world but deliver little, hire Posh. It will renew your faith in the existence of companies who really care, and are all about customer service.

We initially used POSH cleaning services for a one time deep clean of our home - they did such an incredible and detailed job that we decided to secure them for monthly services. They bring a large team with them and do the work promptly but still with a lot of attention to detail. It was also very easy all the way from quote, to service, to payment stage. My mother is getting old and can't keep up with cleaning her house anymore. She was hesitant to try a cleaning service but I did some research and heard good things about Posh so she decided to give them a try. The staff were very friendly and kind to my mother and did an amazing job. So glad we signed on with Posh. Wish we did it years ago.

They don’t move anything. Not even a mat.
Complained about having to clean the whole time.
My son heard all their complaining and whining and judgemental comments. Four hours to clean 1 floor, three people. Accidentally Changed temperature on fridge freezer. Had to throw away $200 in thawed food.
Mistakes were made. After contact with management things were corrected. A partial rebate was given and accepted as a good Will gesture.

I have used posh cleaning services for the past several years and have been extremely pleased with all aspects. The ladies have all conducted themselves in a very professional manner while completing a thorough clean of all areas. If at any time I have questions either the ladies visiting or the ones in the office are more than happy and available to respond.

The POSH team always pays great attention to the little details. From mirrored sliding doors down to polishing the stainless steel razor stand in the corner of our bathroom counter, everything is clean. The owners assured us that thorough background checks are completed so we're usually not home during the cleaning. The team also has no issue with our dog who is at home while we're out. They also quote for regular/multiple cleaning for greater value.
